2. No online booking or payments

Marenca does not offer online reservation checkout, payment processing, or e-commerce through this website. The contact form generates a mailto draft only; submitting it does not create a binding reservation. A stay is confirmed only when reception accepts your enquiry in writing and any required deposit terms are agreed.

3. Eligibility and Salon Verde

The Salon Verde is an optional adults-only gaming area restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at entry. Marenca staff may refuse entry to intoxicated persons or anyone who cannot prove legal age. Participation in salon activities is never a condition of accommodation, dining, or bath access.

Gaming occurs on-premises under house rules with capped buy-ins. This website does not facilitate online wagering, remote betting, or real-money gaming transactions. Any play is subject to local regulations and Marenca's internal policies described on the Responsible Play page.
