Yes. Families may use guest rooms, dining venues, baths during the morning family window, and courtyard cultural events. The Salon Verde admits only guests aged 18 and over with valid ID. Minors are never permitted in the gaming wing.

Cancellations made fourteen or more days before arrival receive a full deposit refund. Within fourteen days, the deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months subject to availability. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Specific terms are confirmed in your booking correspondence.
